IT specialist Ignition Ltd has appointed Carlos Ferreira as their new senior solutions consultant to develop and manage its ViewPoint suite of products in the offshore market.Mr Ferreira is a professional with more than 20 years in the financial and legal sectors.Together with 10 years developing ViewPoint solutions, he has developed solutions that support the underwriting, banking, treasury, portfolio management, accounting, imaging, company and trust management and finance functions for local and international companies.Mr Ferreira is an Associate of Reinsurance (ARe) from AICPCU and holds a Bachelors of Computer Science from Queen’s University.In the role as senior solutions consultant, he will be responsible for developing and managing Ignition’s suite of Viewpoint products with a focus on the offshore market.Michael Branco, senior vice-president of the Ignition Group said: “We’re delighted to have Carlos join our team.
