Ingine and QuoVadis announce partnership
As Bermuda companies increasingly seek out the next generation in technologies, a new collaboration will leverage that by offering enhanced cloud-based IT solutions.
Managed services provider, Ingine, is partnering its IT services with QuoVadis, the provider of managed data-centre, co-location, and cloud hosting services to the local and international business communities.
Ingine will now offer a complete suite of cloud solutions to new and existing customers as a managed service to help them fully digitalise their workplace through tighter integration with existing applications, softwares, and IT management systems.
The company said the integration of these cloud solutions offers customers an end-to-end managed service, cloud migration expertise and access to Ingine’s extensive capabilities in managing complex technology environments.
Fernando De Deus, chief executive officer of Ingine, commented: “Bermuda is fast becoming a hotspot for companies investing in the latest innovative technologies and our strategic partnership ensures they have the right infrastructure and security to be successful.
“We’ve seen many local businesses adopt cloud computing in an effort to become more agile, lower IT costs, and have the ability to scale so it’s important the solutions are strategically managed to avoid costly inefficiencies and security risks.
“By joining forces, Ingine will be able to leverage QuoVadis' expertise and advanced infrastructure platform to deliver Bermuda-based cloud solutions which encompass servers, storage, networking, security, and trusted IT specialists.
“This will help Bermuda-based companies to access the full benefits of a managed infrastructure service.
“What’s more, we are working with Bermuda's first technology training centre, ConnecTech, to offer clients bespoke training to adopt new technologies effectively and drive operational excellence from within their teams.”
Gavin Dent, QuoVadis chief executive, added: “There’s no one-size-fits-all solution when investing in cloud-based infrastructure.
“By offering our partnered services to Bermuda clients we are helping more businesses to thrive and remain secure.
“We also believe that true transformation requires investment in a digital workplace which is why the decision to work collaboratively with ConnecTech is going to ensure that what we do is sustainable for local businesses.”
