The Fairmont Southampton has lit up to spread some love during the coronavirus crisis.

The hotel, which switched on the windows of its empty rooms in the shape of a heart last night, said on its Facebook page: “Fairmont Southampton loves you. Together we can overcome anything. Stay safe and be well.”

The Hamilton Princess has put on a similar display, which it says will continue until the hotel reopens.
