Monthly Destination Dockyard event to return
Vendors, artists and entertainers are set to flood the West End in May as the Destination Dockyard monthly event series returns.
A Wedco spokeswoman said four events were on the calendar for the 2023 season, with the first at Dockyard North Lawn on May 18.
Rebecca Martin, Wedco marketing and events manager, said: "We are thrilled to welcome the return of Destination Dockyard.
“With the challenges presented to us all over the past couple of years, it is time to breathe some life back into the community with this well-loved, exciting street festival. We are looking forward to seeing locals and visitors alike joining in the fun.”
Wedco described Destination Dockyard as a “fun filled event for the whole family” with a range of local vendors and activities.
In addition to the May 18 launch, Destination Dockyard events will be held on June 15 and July 20 with the “big bang finale” to take place on August 24.
Any vendors or entertainers interested in taking part in Destination Dockyard are invited to reach out to Ms Martin or the Wedco Business Development Team.
