A new page has been added to the Bermuda Tourism Authority website to make it easier for visitors to plan celebrations on the island.

The page is part of the BTA’s ‘Find The Time You Lost’ campaign, aimed at helping tourists enjoy their vacation and reconnect with loved ones.

A spokesman said: “Believing there is no better place to celebrate a wedding, bachelorette, babymoon, birthday or long-overdue family reunion, the island’s tourism experts have assembled fresh inspiration for life’s magical milestones at gotobermuda.com/celebrations.

“On the newly launched content hub for celebrations, find vacation ideas to take advantage of Bermuda’s mild climate and year-round, outdoor adventures.

“Wake up with a round of golf on any of seven picturesque courses, recline midday for a massage inside Grotto Bay’s caves, stroll charming historic towns, or stargaze by yacht.”

It also suggests venues to celebrate events and connects tourists with planning experts on the island.

Jamari Douglas, the BTA’s vice-president of marketing, public relations and communications, said: “Statistics show that planning remains the most stressful part of a vacation, but in Bermuda, we believe in evolving resources and working closely with travel planners to make celebrations a breeze.”
