Bermuda has been unaffected by a wave of flight cancellations by British Airways, according to Skyport.
Long lines were reported at Heathrow Airport this week as 30 flights were cancelled from today’s schedule due to staffing shortfalls.
However, a spokeswoman for Skyport confirmed that flights to and from Bermuda had not been impacted by the issue.
British Airways made headlines on Wednesday when it announced it would cancel more than 10,000 flights between August and October.
But the bulk of the cancellations are expected to be short-haul flights and routes with multiple daily departures.
