Rockaway ferry service resumes

The ferry stop at Rockaway in Southampton reopened yesterday after being closed for three weeks for repairs, Marine and Ports announced.
The scheduled service to Rockaway resumed at 4.10pm, as all of the necessary repairs to the ramp had been completed, a government spokeswoman said.
The Department of Marine and Ports apologised to the public for any inconvenience caused and thanked them for their patience.
