Part of Horseshoe Road to be closed on Saturday

A neighbourhood road will be closed this weekend because of a block party, the Ministry of Public Works said.
The block party will take place on Horseshoe Road, Southampton from 3pm to midnight on Saturday.
A section of the road from South Road to Scenic Heights Pass will be closed to the public during that time.
Marshals will be present to direct traffic to alternate routes.
