Some bus routes will detour on Saturday due to vegetation removal and trench work in Pembroke and Devonshire.

Part of North Shore Road, near the Palm Gardens condominiums, as well as Blackwatch Pass, will be closed between 7am and approximately 5pm.

During that time, Route Nos 10 and 11 entering Hamilton will detour via Flatts Hill, Middle Road, Smith’s and Devonshire, Montpelier Road, Frog Lane and head west on Palmetto Road.

Buses will continue onto Cedar Avenue and to the bus terminal.

Route Nos 10 and 11 leaving the city will reverse the detoured route; travelling east on Palmetto Road, onto Frog Lane and Montpelier Road, east on Middle Road and down Flatts Hill.

Journey times on the routes will be affected by the detours.
