Warning of road closure for OneComm trenching
A section of North Shore Road will be partially closed to traffic from Tuesday to Friday next week.
The Ministry of Public Works said that the road at the eastern side of the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo will undergo trenching works by One Communications and one lane will be closed to motorists.
A spokeswoman for the ministry said there will be manual stop-and-go signs in effect.
She added: “Motorists are advised to plan accordingly. Pedestrians and pedal bike riders are advised to proceed through this area with caution.
“The Ministry of Public Works wishes to encourage the full co-operation of the public and apologises for any inconvenience that may result.”
Questions regarding the partial lane closure can be directed at Carolina Orellana, highways design engineer, on 501-3031.
