A woman walked away from a crash near the Crow Lane roundabout without serious injuries, according to police.

A police spokesman said that at about 11.15pm on Wednesday officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash in Paget, which had apparently occurred at sometime earlier that evening.

“On arrival, an unoccupied, damaged white car was found on the grass of Crow Lane Park, in the vicinity of The Lane,” the spokesman said.

“It appears that the car had been driven along Trimingham Road, then collided with the north roundabout, before crashing through a stone wall.

“The driver, said to be a 28-year-old Pembroke woman, apparently sustained injuries that did not require hospital treatment.

“She later returned to the scene and was questioned by the attending police officers regarding the circumstances of this collision.”

The spokesman encouraged any witnesses to the incident to call the Bermuda Police Service at 211 or submit any relevant information through the BPS online community reporting portal at https://portal.police.bm/.
