Motorists warned of delays due to Paget wall demolition

Roadworks

A section of road in Paget will be reduced to a single lane due to the planned demolition and reconstruction of a section of wall.

A spokeswoman for the Ministry of Public Works said: “As of Saturday, July 6 to Sunday, August 11, there will be a single-lane closure on the South Road westbound lane starting from the Paget traffic lights to allow for demolition and reconstruction of a wall section along the sidewalk.

“Traffic delays can be expected due to the traffic control measures. Motorists and pedestrians are advised to use extra caution in the area.”
