Traffic lights on St John’s Road in Pembroke are temporarily out of service, the Ministry of Public Works announced.

A ministry spokesman said at 4.45pm that traffic lights opposite the WER Joell Stadium went dark after a vehicle collided with their control box.

A team was working on restoring the lights and motorists should follow the temporary traffic management system in place in the area.

The ministry apologised for any inconvenience caused by the outage and will inform the public when the lights are operational again.
