Traffic lights on St John’s Road in Pembroke remained out of service today.

A government spokesman said earlier that the lights opposite WER Joell Stadium, which went dark after a vehicle collided with their control box last week, were not yet operational because the Ministry of Public Works was procuring parts needed to repair them.

Motorists should follow the temporary traffic management system in the area until the lights are repaired.

Public Works apologised for any inconvenience caused by the outage and will inform the public when the lights are operational again.
