Route 3 buses take detours during paving works

Detours will be in effect for Route 3 buses as paving is carried out on Harrington Sound Road, the Department of Public Transportation advised.
The service will be affected from today until Wednesday as well as on Monday and Tuesday next week.
Paving is taking place on Harrington Sound Road between Harrington Hundreds Road and Manor House, the department said.
It added: “Outbound Route 3 buses from Hamilton will travel via their normal route.
“Inbound Route 3 buses to Hamilton buses will travel via Knapton Hill, South Road [Smith’s], Sayle Road, Verdmont Road and rejoin their normal route on Middle Road, Smith’s.
“DPT thanks the public for their co-operation and understanding.”
