Motorists have been urged to use caution on Sunday morning as the Bermuda Bicycle Association takes to the streets for a time trial.

The event is scheduled to take place between 7.30am and 9am, with cyclists travelling through portions of Paget, Warwick and Southampton.

Riders will set out from Middle Road on Paget near St Paul’s Lane, travelling west on Middle Road until Barnes Corner, where the race will turn on to South Road and travel east to Bermuda College.

A government notice said: “While no roads will be closed during the event, race marshals will actively manage the race route to ensure the safety of both participants and motorists.

“All drivers are required to adhere to the instructions given by race marshals to facilitate smooth traffic control throughout the event.”
