Ferry service to Paget, Warwick resumes

The pink route ferry service has been temporarily halted (File photograph)

The pink route ferry service restarted this morning after mechanical problems forced a temporary halt yesterday.

A spokesman for the Ministry of Transport said that the route, which services Paget and Warwick, was cancelled until further notice as of 3.45pm yesterday.

However, the spokesman announced that the service was able to resume normal operations as of 7.15am today.

“The ministry apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks ferry users for their patience,” he added.
