Man in serious condition after single-vehicle crash

A man has sustained serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash in Paget.
A spokeswoman for the Bermuda Police Service said the accident occurred on Middle Road near the junction with Berwyn Hill at about 11.30pm Monday.
The spokeswoman said: “On arrival, police discovered an unresponsive male lying in the road. He was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries, the extent of which has been described as being serious.
“Initial information suggests that the man was travelling in a westerly direction when the motorcycle he was riding struck a wall at the entrance to Berwyn Hill.”
