Car towed after single-vehicle crash

A car was left with extensive damages after its driver lost control on a main road, police have said.
The woman was driving eastward along South Road yesterday when she lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a roadside wall near White Sands Road in Paget.
Police and other emergency personnel attended the scene at about 1.10pm and assisted the woman, who was the sole passenger and appeared to have suffered minor injuries to her hand.
The car was badly damaged and had to be towed away from the scene.
