Hurricane Matthew is continuing its progress towards Jamaica and Haiti.

With sustained winds of 130mph this evening, hurricane warnings have been issued for both countries, and life-threatening rain is expected in Haiti.

The Category 4 storm is edging northwest, and is expected to reach Jamaica and Haiti by Monday, with residents feeling its effects by tomorrow.

It is also a threat to Cuba, the Bahamas and South Florida, but not Bermuda.
