Anne Kermode's Primary 5 class at St. George's Preparatory recently worked on a project about Bermuda forts, primarily for the Annual Exhibition. They visited many forts, particularly at the East End, but also travelled west to the Casemates Barracks and the Bermuda Maritime Museum. At Fort St. Catherine they carried out a community service clean up. Here the students argue why Bermuda's forts are important and how they can contribute to Bermuda's economy.
