Tell us about some of your career aspirations:

“I would like to be a chef, pilot and entrepreneur when I grow up.”

When did you start cooking?

“Since I was a baby, I have enjoyed cooking. My mum taught me the basics and since then I have been self taught. Pasta dishes are my favourite — ravioli, fettuccine and spaghetti.”

Do you have a cooking tip for our readers?

“Yes, make sure you watch your food cooking. Don’t put it on and then leave the kitchen.”

What type of culinary career do you aspire to?

“My idea is to set up a bakery business. I have a website already, called: www.cravingsbda.com. I have set it up so clients are already able to make purchases and pay online. The products for sale include: snowballs, sugar cookies, eggnut cookies and chocolate chip.”

Tell us a bit more about your entrepreneurial plans.

“On the entrepreneurial focus, I have already set up a travel agency online. It is called traveltimebda.com. I am able to book reservations for individuals, I prefer working with groups.

“At the moment I am working with Dr Timothy Jackson, Principal at Sandys Secondary Middle School on a college tour to Washington DC for 27 students. I have designed a website where parents can sign up online and also pay. Our trip is planned for late January early February 2016.”

Tell us a bit more about your plans to be a pilot.

“From about the age of ten when I visited my grandparents on weekends, we would go and watch the planes land and depart. Last year I got the opportunity to help spot the planes. I have already completed a few courses online for aviation and plan to continue to studying.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank my mother for being my inspiration.”
