Saltus Year 4 students thoroughly enjoyed studying all about Egyptians in Humanities.

Mrs Sadeh’s 4S class put on an informative assembly on everything from mummification to hieroglyphics and even rapped about them (Mrs Sadeh found the rap on “flocabulary”).

At the end of the unit, S4 students dressed as Egyptians — complete with decorated collars — and had a “tasting feast” where they sampled dates, figs, pita, honey, apricots, grapes and olives.
